**Job Summary**
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to; shipping, health and safety, security, training and supervising employees, tracking inventory, communicating with customers effectively. This role involves operating heavy equipment, performing shipping and receiving duties, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency when when executing orders and assignments.

**Requirements**:

- Communicate effectively in English
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Able to comfortably lift up to 80lbs
- Qualified to operate heavy equipment such as XXXXX

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Distributing products
- Storing products
- Shipping and receiving products
- Preparing orders for customers
- Warehouse clean-up, maintenance, and organization
- Supervising and managing staff
- Hiring and training staff as well as carrying out performance evaluations
- Comply with other departments to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain distribution operations
- Follow company policies and procedures including initiating, coordinating, and enforcing operational programs
- Mapping out the warehouse
- Monitoring inventory and transactions related to shipments.
- Ensuring accuracy of all outgoing shipments.
- Delegating tasks to staff
- Monitoring employee workload
- Maintaining equipment as well as contacting service support when needed.
- Maintaining records for the warehouse regarding training, maintenance, pre-starts, safety etc.
- Assist in security and safety protocols for the warehouse
- Ensuring optimal workflow in the warehouse
- Creating incident reports and safety issues accurately and in a timely manner.
- Any other responsibilities assigned as needed
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times

**Experience**:

- Customer service and client communication experience (required)
- 1 year of experience in warehouse management or a similar role is preferred
- Experience working with electrical equipment i.e. carpentry, construction, electrical assistance etc. (preferred)

**Skills Needed**:

- Knowledge of warehouse distribution processes
- Knowledge of warehouse procedures and practices
- An understanding of electrical equipment such as XXXX
- Effective supervisory skills and techniques
- Interpersonal skills
- Responsible
- Reliable
- Directing and coordinating operations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
