**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate all warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
- Complete daily picking, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling customer orders.
- Manage and operate heavy equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts, ensuring safe practices are followed.
- Implement best practices for warehouse distribution to improve workflow and productivity.
- Implement innovative packaging solutions when required to meet specific shipping requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment processes effectively. Including inventory counts.
- Handle medium to heavy materials, along with dangerous goods with care and safety.
- Maintain good house keeping of shipping and receiving.
- Ensure products are safely stored and properly labelled.
- Ship product the most cost effective way including coordinating with our delivery vans.
- Prepare shipments as instructed which may include building skids and preparing equipment as required.
- Quarantine of all products that are associated with a customer complaint or RGA.
- Pick and place product for service contracts/service requests on service shelf in an organized matter.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role is essential.
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving processes, along with order picking techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Experience in fabricating packaging solutions is a plus.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks.
- Must be proficient in logistics and corresponding paperwork.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
