Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to support our existing Global Trade team. You will support us in processing Broker inquires to ensure a timely import of VIAVI shipments, including the preparation/reprinting of the necessary shipping and customs documents. Responsible worker and ability to work unsupervised

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Processing all US and Canadian import-related activities in day-to-day business.
- Ensuring and complying with all legal customs regulations.
- Handling standard export shipment inquires, trade fair goods and Carnet ATA.
- Processing of monthly Broker reports in VIAVI ISA import record retention system
- Collaboration with related departments and external bodies to ensure no freight delays
- Other functions that are required to support US and Canadian imports

Pre-Requisites / Skills / Experience Requirements:

- Certified Customs Specialist or a comparable training with professional experience in import and export processing.
- Detailed understanding of import and export processes and their regulations, as well as the creation and processing of documents in accordance with customs formalities.
- Initial experience in the field of import control.
- Strong ability to work in a team and a reliable and independent way of working.
