**Job Title**: Risk Regulatory and Compliance Consultant

The Risk Regulatory and Compliance Consultant ensures adherence to industry regulations, mitigates risks, and enhances compliance frameworks. This role involves conducting risk assessments, developing policies, and advising leadership on regulatory changes while fostering a strong compliance culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and regulatory impact evaluations.
- Monitor emerging risks, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, Basel III, NIST, ISO 27001).
- Develop compliance programs, policies, and internal audit procedures.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align compliance strategies with business goals.
- Conduct training workshops and promote a strong compliance culture.
- Utilize technology-driven solutions for risk monitoring and compliance automation.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, auditors, and external stakeholders.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- ** Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management**: Expertise in compliance, risk management, and control assessment.
- ** Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)**: Experience with frameworks like COSO, ISO 31000, and NIST.
- ** Risk Assessments & Audits**: Strong background in risk evaluation and compliance audits.
- ** Analytical & Communication Skills**: Ability to interpret complex regulations and collaborate with stakeholders.
- ** Project Management & Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for regulatory requirements.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Contract Risk & Compliance
- Compliance Audits & Assessments
- Audit Reviews & Remediation
- Experience with GRC platforms and compliance tools

**Certifications & Tools (preferred)**:

- CCEP, CRCM, or equivalent certifications
- Experience with risk management and compliance software
