Silverhill Acura is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional **Full-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant** to join our team As theDirector of First Impressions, you’ll be the welcoming face of our dealership, helping create a memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors or picks up the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome all customers and guests in a warm, professional manner
- Assist guests with their inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the client lounge and reception area
- Provide general administrative support to the Sales and Administrative teams
- Help maintain Silverhill Acura’s high standards of customer care and professionalism
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership, hospitality, or front-desk role is an asset
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with CDK and One-Eighty software is a bonus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
**Work Schedule**
- Full-time: Monday to Friday

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
