Job Summary:
Carluke Orchards is a family owned farm and bakery market in Ancaster, ON. We have been in operation since 1965 as a pick your own apple orchard and pie shop.

We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement. In this leadership role, you will oversee scheduling, social media promotion, and ensure exceptional customer service through our retail operations.

**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee the creation and execution of engaging social media content that promotes our brand and products.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify new sales opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the sales and customer service team.
- Develop and implement staff scheduling to ensure efficient store operations.
- Lead by example, providing excellent customer service at the cash register and coaching team members to do the same.
- Track and report on sales performance, marketing campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Monitoring and ordering inventory.
- Planning of on-site events.

**Experience**:

- Experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably in a retail environment.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in social media marketing platforms.
- Experience with scheduling software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Reliable personal transportation is a must, we are not accessible by public transportation.
