Marketing Manager

**Job Purpose**:
The Marketing Manager is a creative, dynamic, and motivated team player with a strong eye for detail, who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and channels. Working with a growing and energetic company such as Pearle Hospitality, the individual in this role has a strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, luxury brands, leading with the guest experience and a passion for hospitality. The Marketing Manager reports to the Chief Marketing Officer and supports the execution of Pearle’s marketing strategy and plan, having a positive impact on the success of each of our beautiful and unique properties and restaurants.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Support the execution of the yearly marketing strategy and plan for Pearle Hospitality and its properties/brands, including the launch and development of any new or proposed properties/brands.
- Research and understand in market data and trends to support in the building of strategic marketing plans.
- Drive increased bookings through B2C, B2B, community and tourism marketing activities.
- Collaborate with property leadership team to ensure marketing supports all operational needs, guest experiences and new property development (as required).
- Work closely with the properties on the management, design and inventory of all marketing operations collateral.
- Liaise with graphic designers to design and build property specific collateral and assets including menus, in-room signage, wayfinding signage, operational collateral etc.
- Act as a brand steward and ambassador for Pearle Hospitality and its family of brands and properties, developing and maintaining brand guidelines for style and content across both internal and external marketing/communications.
- Build and lead a social and owned channel content strategy to drive channel growth and support in all areas of the business (hotels, F&B, spa etc.).
- Responsible for community management of key properties, working closely with property stakeholders for timely response and engagement.
- Follow social content trends, influencers and media closely, bringing new and creative ideas and solutions forward.
- Lead all on-site photography and videography.
- Work independently or closely with a PR agency to build positive and lasting media and influencer relationships, driving coverage and content for our properties.
- Prepare and coach key property spokespeople for interviews and speaking engagements.
- Assist with corporate entertaining or events when required which may include FAM trips, showcases, open houses, etc.
- Accept and perform additional tasks as required for optimal performance of the business.
- Actively represent and promote Pearle Hospitality’s core values within the workplace.
- Follow company policies and procedures as defined and outlined by Pearle Hospitality.
- Follow all Health and Safety standards to ensure a safe work environment.

**What we would like you to bring to the position**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma (focus in Marketing/Communications)
- 5+ years marketing experience (focus on digital marketing is preferred)
- **Communication**:Demonstrated proficiency and style in oral and written communications with clients, vendors and co-workers. A background in effectively managing and building business, community and supplier partnerships and relationships.
- **Work Ethic/Development**:Demonstrated awareness of personal strengths and areas for professional development, as well as a keen interest in personal growth and expanding your knowledge base and skills.
- **Creativity and Thought Leadership**:Ability to use creative solutions and innovate ideas to drive business solutions, guest programs and experiences, brand awareness and engagement.
- **Social Media**:Strong understanding of social media principles, community management, guidelines and reporting.
- **Organization**:Effectively manage and prioritize tasks and budgets to execute with excellence and ensure organizational efficiency.

**Salary**: From $70,000.00 per year
