Senior Marketing Manager

Pearle Hospitality

Pearle Hospitality is home to some of Ontario's most celebrated restaurants, hotels, spas, and event destinations, including The Pearle Hotel & Spa, Elora Mill, Ancaster Mill, Cambridge Mill, Spencer's, Bardo, and more. We create memorable hospitality experiences that bring people together through exceptional food, design, service, and storytelling.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is passionate about hospitality and human connection, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to help shape the marketing strategy for a collection of award-winning brands across Ontario.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing plans across several Pearle Hospitality venues. This role will act as a subject-matter expert and cross-functional leader, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue growth.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced multi-location Marketing Manager looking to step up, or a seasoned Sr. Marketing/Brand Manager seeking a dynamic role overseeing a diverse portfolio of iconic hospitality brands.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Campaign Execution

· Partner with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns.

· Build and manage campaign action plans across key channels including web, email, social, paid media, PR, events, and local marketing, aligned with budgets and the annual marketing calendar.

· Maintain a deep understanding of each brand's identity, ensuring creative integrity and consistency across all touchpoints.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

· Develop and oversee content creation across venues (copywriting, design briefs, photo/video shoots, print collateral, social content, websites, and e-blasts).

· Craft compelling storytelling that elevates guest experience and brand positioning.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance using digital analytics, sales data, and key KPIs.

· Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, using insights to inform continuous improvement. (Training provided as needed.)

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with venue teams, operations, sales, culinary, events, and HR to support seamless planning, rollout, and post-launch execution of marketing initiatives.

· Manage and grow social media channels for your portfolio of Pearle brands.

Partnerships, Vendors & Innovation

· Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and brand partners to ensure marketing deliverables are on track and on budget.

· Support research and identification of new brand partnerships that add value to Pearle Hospitality.

· Conduct seasonal innovation research, including competitor insights, pricing reviews, and idea sourcing from global hospitality leaders.

Team Leadership

· Mentor and manage a Marketing Coordinator, fostering growth, creativity, and strong output.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of marketing experience (hospitality/restaurant/agency experience is an asset but not required for the right candidate).

· Strong understanding of both digital and print marketing channels.

· Exceptional creative copywriting and storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in email marketing, website content management, social media marketing, and basic paid media; SEO or website redevelopment experience is a strong plus.

· Highly organized, with the ability to lead multiple complex projects across multiple brands simultaneously.

· Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for food, drink, travel, and hospitality.

· Hands-on experience in restaurants, hotels, bars, or events is an asset and will help you thrive in this role.

Why Work With Us?

· Discounts at Pearle Hospitality restaurants and venues
