**Description**

Key Job Elements:

- Collaborate with Contracts, Program and SCM to define and negotiate CM SOW requirements at the Prime & Sub-Contract levels
- Develop Bid and Proposals based on the SOW requirements ensuring all resource and financial elements of CM are included
- Plan and support Configuration Audits (Customer & Sub-Contractors) to ensure for compliance to all Contract requirements
- Interface with customers and subcontractors on issues pertaining to the contract/program, as the CM representative
- Coordinate CDRL/SDRL submissions and other contractually required data ensuring content is accurate and submitted on-time
- Monitor Subcontractors CM-related performance, and initiate corrective actions as required
- Manage subcontractor change documents (ECPs & deviations)
- Present in customer meetings as required
- Review incoming and outgoing data transfers for compliance with Legal, and GDLS Standard Practices, Prime & sub-contract data marking requirements

Required Qualifications:

- University Degree, or a college diploma in a technical or business discipline
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
- Previous Product Life Cycle (PLM) or Product Data Management (PDM) experience
- Experience with Bid & Proposal (B&P) development procedures and requirements
- Strong problem solving and decision making ability
- Strong oral and written presentation, as well as organizational skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Contract Management experience
- Experience with Teamcenter PLM and Oracle ERP systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
