**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a Contract Specialist for the management of contracts/agreements within TrojanUV’s Municipal business. The contract specialist will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and helping negotiate commercial sales agreements, distribution agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. They will work with in close coordination with the contract managers, business unit leaders and other shared services partners.

As our Contract Specialist, you will act as the point of contact between our Regional Sales Managers, Contract Managers, Finance Team and sometimes the End User during the bidding process and PO negotiation to put Trojan in the best competitive position.

- Proven experience in contract/agreement negotiation and management.
- A keen eye to proactively identify omissions or deviations from Trojan Technologies Standard Terms and Conditions.
- Confident self-starter that can work independently and take action with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**What will you be doing**:

- Identify potential commercial contractual pitfalls and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Provide interpretation of contract language to Regional Sales Managers to enable accurate assessment of technical obligations.
- Provide contractual professional guidance to team members to ensure the project is executed according to contract requirements.
- Ensure new order acceptance criteria have been satisfied, obtain approvals from Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations and others as necessary, ensure alignment and communicate project execution goals and plans.
- Act as customer liaison for communication with customers and interact with assigned project team personnel accordingly.
- Assist Finance, Sales and Project Management to manage, renew and obtain new Performance/Payments/Maintenance bonds, Bank Guarantees, or Letters of Credit as required by contract.
- Assist Sales and project teams with obtaining necessary insurance certificates and amendments, bonds, letters of credit, and bank guarantees. Manage insurance reviews.

**What qualifies you?**
- Bachelor's or Associates degree required.
- 3 to 5 years or more of contract sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge/experience within a Capital Organization preferred.
- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly-complex environment.
- Internal drive focused on accountability and self-development.
