Admin Assistant

Evolution Wheel is an innovative company that manufactures tires for the heavy construction industry. We are looking for someone who can fill an Admin Assistant role and directly support the company’s management and sales team.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Sending quotes to customers
- Entering orders into the system
- Setting up shipments to customers and sending shipping information
- Communicating with customers by phone and conducting customer satisfaction surveys
- Answering calls from customers when sales staff are not available
- Maintain sales CRM system ensuring timely and accurate sales information is provided
- Researching customers to learn more about their company activities and business information;
- Investigating proper contact details of people who work within companies who we plan to do business with.
- Keeping meeting notes and following up on meeting deliverables with team members
- Making LinkedIn connections with potential customers on behalf of the sales team and communicating with them where appropriate
- Reviewing leads in our CRM and assigning to sales team if they meet certain criteria
- Organizing and shipping ecommerce orders and monitoring inventory levels for items
- Business Administration degree, diploma, certificate (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of related experience
- Superior organizational ability
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Detail-oriented
- Able to complete projects and tasks on time
- Experience with Hubspot would be a plus
**About Us**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
