**Job Title: Logistics Coordinator - Air Import & Export (Pricing Focus)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate **air import and export shipments**, ensuring timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- **Negotiate air freight pricing** with carriers and freight forwarders to achieve competitive rates while maintaining quality service.
- Prepare and review **air freight documentation**, including airway bills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
- Communicate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Monitor and track air shipments, providing regular **status updates** to clients and proactively addressing any delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with **international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company SOPs**.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems with shipment and pricing information.
- Collaborate with warehouse, distribution, and finance teams for seamless delivery scheduling and cost control.
- Assist with developing **pricing strategies** and maintaining competitive air freight rate databases.

**Qualifications**:

- **2-3 years of experience** in air import/export logistics with strong exposure to **air freight pricing**.
- Solid understanding of **Incoterms, international trade practices, and air cargo documentation**.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office** (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with **logistics software** such as CargoWise or similar platforms is an asset.
- Strong **negotiation and pricing analysis skills** with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent **organizational, multitasking, and communication skills**.
- Ability to work both **independently and as part of a team**.
- Post-secondary education in **Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration** is preferred.

**Job Details**:

- **Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour
