THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Employee Experience department, you will be part of the team responsible for providing an efficient and attractive workplace to enable peak productivity of our people. As the Manager, Workplace Experience, you will cultivate an aspirational workplace experience by coordinating and creating a supportive environment for people to do their best work. THE ROLE

As the Manager, Workplace Experience, you will:

- Support in establishing the strategic approach to creating a productive workplace
- Manage our physical spaces to ensure they are consistently maximized and maintained to be organized, clean and welcoming
- Manage and coordinate the setup of our workspace to ensure our people have the right quality and quantity of supplies and equipment to do their jobs
- Ensure the reception desk is effectively managed and that employees and guests are warmly and proactively welcomed to provide a supportive office experience
- Manage the team to provide an exceptional and productive employee experience by assisting with programs that provide convenience and support to our people
- Collaborate with our Enterprise Risk Management team to protect against safety or loss opportunities related to our people, property, product, and information
- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly manage and lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience
