**Duties**
- Lead and supervise all store activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and high standards of customer service.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, fostering a positive employee orientation experience.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, manage merchandising, and optimize product placement to boost sales performance.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock ordering, purchasing, inventory control, and shrink reduction.
- Handle cash handling procedures, cashiering duties, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and store budgeting.
- Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide ongoing training & development.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions and inventory tracking; ensure accurate retail math and pricing strategies.
- Maintain excellent communication with staff and customers; resolve issues promptly while promoting a welcoming shopping environment.

**Experience**
- Proven management experience in retail stores or grocery environments with supervising responsibilities.
- Strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and employee training & development.
- Demonstrated ability to handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, inventory management, and cash handling efficiently.
- Experience with POS systems, retail math calculations, merchandising techniques, and pricing strategies.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory roles that involved recruiting, interviewing, team management, and shift supervision.
- Excellent organizational skills combined with time management expertise to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies within retail settings and familiarity with wireless sales or grocery store operations is a plus. Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
