- **What makes this an exciting opportunity?**
- The People Specialist, Employee Experience is an integral part of our Bench People team. The People Team is a warm and caring bunch, obsessed with creating an incredible place to work for our Benchmates. Check out our culture guide We're also one of the most critical functions in our business.
- The People Team are the advocates for Benchmate experience, thoughtfully designing a top notch experience from beginning to end. This is where you come in We are reimagining the way we work at Bench. We're making intentional decisions about how we support connection, productivity, and development across the organization, in an equitable way, and in a way that ensures our Benchmates are able to work hard and have fun.

- **What you'll get up to**:

- Develop and implement strategies and programs to enhance employee experience, engagement, and the overall happiness of our Benchmates
- Support bringing our People strategy to life and building an environment where our Benchmates can thrive, stay connected, and collaborate, no matter where they choose to work.
- Partner cross functionally with People Operations, internal managers and team leads to introduce new internal People programs/offerings, enhance internal engagement, support change management, and other key engagement initiatives across Bench
- Develop and manage a schedule of annual employee engagement events at Bench, design and execute those events (remote and in person), and lead related internal communications including announcements, event notices, FAQs, and invitations
- Create and use surveys to measure employee engagement and roll up completed survey results to help People Operations, internal managers and team leads create culture and engagement actions plans based on findings
- Foster continuous improvement of the best in
- class remote and hybrid workplace practices, ensuring they align with DEI at Bench and work against systems of racism and discrimination
- Assist our People Operations team with the optimization and delivery of employee milestones and touchpoints, within their employment journey, including creating an exceptional onboarding experience for our new Benchmates, where they feel supported and included from day one
- Use your project management skills to assist in project planning & reporting on deliverables
