Finance Administration Lead

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Location**: Primarily based in Abbotsford office, with options for hybrid remote work.
Key Areas of Accountability
**1. Account Reconciliation**:
- Leading the reconciliation of transactions, including but not limited to: credit card/expenses, managing accounts receivable and payable, invoice/receipts flow into HubDoc / QBO / EKOS brewing software, vendor and team follow ups and managing team/department budget reports and variances.
**2. Bookkeeping/Month END**:
- Supporting Month End Process by leading Admin and Finance items - including petty cash, expense reports, month end transactions, PST/GST tax preparation/filing.
**3. Department Support with Finance information**:
- Supporting business operations with finance items, including but not limited to: tracking down A/R payments/batch reporting, participating in payroll processes, providing budget reports and resolving errors and variances, providing leadership team with finance information to assist in operational decision making.
