**Job Description**:
- Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business.
- As part of the HR Services team, the Reporting Analyst, HR is responsible for partnering with HRIS Sr. Reporting Analyst on the creation, execution and maintenance of HR and payroll reports. They will design, develop and maintain data definitions and rules to maintain governance and value of reporting.
- Primary Responsibilities:
- Scheduling reports based on business requests-
- Support Operational reporting; develop, generate, analyze and maintain Workday reports and dashboards-
- Maintain data dictionary definitions, documentation, quality standards and support guides-
- Conduct various analyses to support payroll validations, accounting inquiries and HR or ad hoc requests-
- Develop automated routines in Workday to ensure accuracy and data quality standards are met-
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of reporting through rigorous testing-
- Adhere to audit and data verification processes for all financial and compensation reporting to ensure information is correct and maintained properly-
- Simplify complex information and communicate findings to key stakeholders- Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ work experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst in large complex corporations-
- Proven knowledge of reporting and analytics leveraging Workday or similar HRIS system-
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment-
- Strength in building client relationships, both in-person and with virtual teamsUniversity degree preferred (HR, Business Administration, Accounting)-
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, embrace differences and build consensus, while working towards aligned goals and common objectives-
- Highly developed presentation skills both written and oral, with a proven ability to take complex data and clearly express it in a compelling manner-
