As an HR Analyst I, you will work on improving and executing the mandatory training reporting and escalation process, while supporting a range of LMS-related tasks.Key Responsibilities: Monitor employee compliance training across all business linesPull completion and overdue reports; compile and send status updatesRespond to and resolve training-related inquiries within SLATroubleshoot issues related to online courses and LMS systemsCollaborate with global HR, Learning, and Risk stakeholdersAnalyze trends in training data and make recommendationsEnsure training records meet global regulatory requirementsSupport improvements using Power Automate, Excel analytics, and SOPsHandle escalation removal and exception requestsRequired Experience: 1–2 years of experience in reporting or compliance-related rolesExperience supporting learning and development (L&D) functionsUnderstanding of training compliance or regulatory training standardsNice-to-Have Experience: Background in banking or regulated environmentsFamiliarity with enterprise governance frameworksRequired Skills: MS Office — Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, conditional formatting, mail merges)Reporting and analysis of LMS dataPower Automate (user-level)Analytical mindset and problem-solving in compliance contextsStrong written and interpersonal communicationPreferred Skills: Experience with learner support or LMS issue managementUnderstanding of risk, regulatory, and business needs balancingKnowledge of training record archival best practicesAdditional Skills: Attention to detail and time managementAbility to engage stakeholders and support enterprise projectsSelf-driven with creative thinking for process improvementBenefits: Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans, 401k Retirement FundAbout the Client: Top 10 bank in Canada and North America offering comprehensive financial solutions.EEO Statement: GTT is a minority-owned staffing firm and a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, a Native American owned company in Alaska.
