We are looking for a Customer Service/Social Media Representative with experience providing exceptional customer service and assist in executing our current social media strategy as directed by our management team and external social media consultant.

Job duties will include but not limited to:

- Provided exceptional customer service with specific product knowledge and a proactive attitude towards qualifying customer needs and providing optimal solutions.
- Work with a team in maintaining the presentation of the sales floor and keeping merchandise organized and fully stocked to support sales
- Provide quotations based on customer needs
- Being comfortable on camera as well as speaking on various social media platforms
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations and engage with our customers online community
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to promote the business and its products
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversions
- You are a creative thinker who is comfortable working both independently and in a team environment

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer service/sales experience is required
- Must have a keen understanding of social media. Education in the field of social media and work experience or some combination of the two is required.
- Self-starter with strong ability to perform in a multi-task environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team is a necessity
- Must be comfortable working with Canva or similar platform

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
