**Social Media & Customer Support Coordinator**

**About Us**

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- **Social Media**:Create and post engaging, educational, and entertaining content (photos, videos, reels, etc.) across our Shine Turbine Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, BlueSky, and X to grow our following and drive engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Stay up to date on social media trends to identify content opportunities. Use a phone to capture and edit high-quality on-the-fly photo and video content to highlight our product features, use cases (camping, overlanding, off-grid living, emergency preparedness), and brand.
- **Writing**: Write compelling social captions and helpful customer service responses.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor and actively participate in conversations on our social platforms to build relationships and brand awareness.
- Willingness to complete other tasks as required.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media management, writing, content creation, and customer service.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills. Bring your creativity
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and experience using social management and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite and Later).
- Comfortable creating content using a smartphone and editing apps (e.g., Canva, CapCut, etc.).
- Strong writing skills and a high attention to detail. If you proofread everything, we want you
- A quick learner with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and demands.
- A self-motivated professional who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the outdoor, renewable energy, or consumer electronics space is a big plus but not required.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
