Description du poste:
En tant que Cuisinier(ère) de ligne chez Cavally’s, vous serez responsable de la préparation de plats de haute qualité tout en maintenant une cuisine propre, organisée et efficace. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe culinaire pour vous assurer que les plats sont préparés à la perfection et servis en temps voulu. Votre attention aux détails et votre passion pour la cuisine contribueront à l’expérience globale des clients.
Responsabilités principales:
- Préparation des aliments : Préparer, assaisonner et cuire les plats conformément aux spécifications du menu du restaurant et aux normes de qualité.
- Gestion de station : Travailler sur les stations attribuées (grill, sauté, frit, préparation, etc.), en veillant à ce que chaque plat soit préparé de manière efficace et cohérente.
- Contrôle de la qualité : Veiller à ce que tous les plats respectent les normes de qualité de Cavally’s en termes de goût, présentation et portionnement.
- Inventaire et approvisionnement : Maintenir les niveaux de stock pour votre station, assurer une bonne rotation des ingrédients et informer la direction des besoins en approvisionnement.
- Santé et sécurité : Respecter toutes les directives de sécurité alimentaire et d'hygiène pour maintenir un environnement de cuisine propre et sûr.
- Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de l’équipe en cuisine (chefs, plongeurs, personnel en salle) pour garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
- Adaptabilité: Gérer les demandes alimentaires spéciales et modifier les plats selon les besoins, assurant la satisfaction des clients.
- Propreté : Garder les stations de travail, les équipements et les ustensiles propres et organisés tout au long de la journée.
Qualifications:
- Expérience préalable en tant que cuisinier(ère) de ligne ou en préparation en cuisine dans un environnement rapide, de préférence.
- Connaissance des techniques culinaires modernes et des tendances actuelles de la gastronomie.
- Capacité à multitâcher et à travailler efficacement sous pression.
- Compétences en communication et en collaboration en équipe.
- Passion pour la cuisine et engagement envers des plats de haute qualité.
- Connaissance des règles de santé et de sécurité en cuisine.
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes et à soulever jusqu’à 23 kg.

Job Overview:
As a Line Cook at Cavally’s, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure food is prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and passion for cooking will contribute to the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare, season, and cook food items according to the restaurant’s menu specifications and quality standards.
- Station Management: Work at assigned stations (grill, sauté, fry, prep, etc.), ensuring each dish is prepared efficiently and consistently.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food items meet Cavally’s quality standards for taste, presentation, and portioning.
- Inventory & Stocking: Maintain stock levels for your station, ensure proper rotation of ingredients, and inform management of inventory needs.
- Health & Safety: Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff, including chefs, dishwashers, and front-of-house team, to ensure smooth operations.
- Adaptability: Handle special dietary requests and modify dishes as necessary, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness: Keep workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and organized throughout the shift.
