**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation throughout service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices at all times.
- Work efficiently and collaboratively with kitchen staff, front of house, and management.
- Assist in prep work, inventory rotation, and daily mise en place.
- Adapt to busy service periods and handle pressure while maintaining consistency.
- Uphold quality standards, minimizing waste and ensuring portion accuracy.
- Follow opening and closing kitchen procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and professional work environment.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Culinary training or certification (asset, but not required).
