At OnDeck Canada, we make small businesses a big deal. We’re improving Canada’s economic landscape by changing how small businesses access capital. Located in downtown Montreal, OnDeck Canada is a FinTech company and is one of Canada’s largest online lenders to small businesses.

**The opportunity**:
We’re currently on the lookout for motivated Account Executives to join our sales team as Lending Advisors to generate new business by promoting our business financing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across Canada.

**Get paid to**:

- Develop relationships with business owners to ensure they have a great experience with OnDeck Canada
- Act as a true partner for each client by understanding their business goals, key initiatives to achieve those goals, and how OnDeck Canada credit products will help drive these desired results
- Prospect and convert leads into customers
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team weekly, monthly, and annual targets

**About you**:

- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Fintech
- Skilled at understanding the needs of SMBs, and translating those needs into business opportunities
- Self-starter who can hold yourself accountable
- Competitive and have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills (French/English)
- Ready to make a meaningful impact on the company’s future
