**FyreScope Studios** is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as **Seasonal Keyholders** for the 2024 Holiday Season at our Mall Santa Experience Locations. This role combines the excitement of curating memorable photo albums with the added responsibility of assisting in location operations.

**What We're Looking For**:

- **Leadership Skills**: Previous experience in a supervisory or keyholder role is preferred.
- **Passion for the Holidays**: You believe in the magic of Christmas and enjoy spreading joy.
- **Customer Service Expertise**: Positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
- **Sales Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in retail and sales, including cashier duties and handling cash.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Comfortable operating photo software, printers, and other equipment.
- **Flexibility**: Available to work during peak retail hours, weekends, and holidays.
- **Team Player**: Ability to ensure the team works efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- **Bilingualism**: French is an asset but not required.
- **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 18 years old.
- **Residency**: Must be located in Ottawa, Canada.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Opening & Closing**: Support Team Leads in daily opening and closing procedures.
- **Team Support**: Ensure attendants and Santa talent are well-supported and attended to.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee that products and photo quality meet company guidelines.
- **Monitor Operations**: Ensure flows are followed and operating smoothly.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Ensure the team adheres to safety protocols and company policies.
- **Customer Engagement**: Guide families in selecting their favorite photos and packages.
- **Maintain Workspace**: Keep the work area clean and organized.
- **Provide Exceptional Service**: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of photo orders.
