**Job description**

The Dispatch Coordinator is a role that directly supports the overall success and functionality of the organization. As a key member of the organization, the Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for working collaboratively with the Transportation Drivers and Safety Team. The Dispatch Coordinator must adhere to the organization's policies and procedures, communicate effectively, and assume accountability. They are responsible for coordinating the logistics of the delivery, scheduling drivers, maintaining driver status, and executing efficient deliveries in a timely fashion.

Job Responsibilities
- Organize the logistics for each delivery, determining best delivery methods
- Schedule drivers for each delivery
- Managing Drivers and keeping records of daily logs for errors and violation
- Monitoring drivers working hours and equipment availability
- Completing the pre-trip & post-trip inspection checklist with drivers
- Adhering to the safety standards of the organization, MTO, and DOT
- Maintain a positive attitude towards team members

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends
