**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff development.
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access to information.
- Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing phone systems.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for office expenses.
- Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service quality.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in clerical duties, including document preparation and data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and budgeting practices is preferred.
- Experience in supervising staff and managing team dynamics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $26.55-$27.83 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:
