**WHAT YOU’LL DO**

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing a regional sales team of Account Managers targeting new business opportunities in the assigned region.Drive sales growth by setting targets, forecasting revenue, and developing action plans for regions and territories- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to stay competitive in the market- Represent the business at key industry events, conferences, and trade shows- Build and strengthen relationships with partners, consultants, and influencers to expand market reach- Monitor costs, competition, and supply to adjust pricing strategies as needed- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional sales team through recruiting, training, and coaching- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership- Stay current on industry trends through workshops, publications, and professional networks- Identify emerging markets and opportunities for growth- Travel to client, prospect, and project sites as required

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

**Must-Haves**:

- 5-7 years of Sales Leadership experience- Strong business planning and financial acumen to drive revenue and profit goals- Experience building and executing market strategies aligned with company direction- Proven success leading sales initiatives with measurable results- Strategic thinker with sharp problem-solving skills- Inspiring leadership and team management in collaborative environments- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills- Skilled in business productivity tools and managing shifting priorities- Conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship-building expertise- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines- Skilled at analyzing data, creating clear reports, and delivering insights to senior leadership- Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill complex information into compelling stories and recommendations

**Nice-To-Haves**:

- A four-year degree is preferred.
- Experience preferably in AV, UC, Cloud Voice/CCaaS or similar industries.
- Demonstrated track record of selling Collaboration, Managed Services, Network Infrastructure business preferred.
- Experience operating in a complex matrix business environment is desirable.
