**Job Summary**
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista cum server to join our team. As a Barista, you will be the face of our coffee shop, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional customer service. You will prepare a variety of coffee beverages, serve food items, and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and taking their orders accurately.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a food service or coffee shop setting as barista with **latte art skills.**:

- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using POS systems is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are necessary for processing transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine passion for coffee and the food industry will enhance your ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service.

Pay: $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
