**Job Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Server/Barista to join our team. For this position, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages and providing exceptional service to our customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest has a delightful experience while enjoying their favorite drinks and snacks.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- Operate the espresso machine and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating the POS system.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of previous experience as a server/barista is required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Cashiering experience with proficiency in cash handling is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
