**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Closing shift (8 PM finish); Opening shift (6:45 AM start)
- Fulfill coffee orders using a semi-automatic espresso machine.
- Perform table service for dine-in guests during brunch hours
- Work independently and oversee the entire storefront.
- Sell our retail products, including on Uber and DoorDash.
- Package retail food products
- Organize and maintain pastry displays
- Build rapport with new customers and returning customers
- Complete Opening/Closing checklists
- Restock products & supplies
- Maintain servewares
- General housekeeping and maintenance.
- Professionally and knowledgeably represent the company.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**

*Must provide consistent commitment & availability*
- Able to finish by 8 pm, or start at 6:45 am.
- 1-2 years of experience as a barista in a busy fast-paced establishment is required.
- 6 months of serving is an asset
- Lightspeed POS experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to multitask, and think critically
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Collaborative, honest and dependable
- Fluent in English
- FoodSafe is a bonus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
