**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated Barista/Server to join our team and deliver exceptional service in our unique brunch restaurant. If you are passionate about coffee, food, Plants and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we want to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks following recipes
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
- Take customer orders from the table accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a friendly manner
**Skills**:
- Experience in food service or the food industry is preferred
- Have a passion for speciality coffee and comfortable to dial in espresso grinder
- Knowledge of coffee flavour notes and the ability to demonstrate a good palate
- Have a skill in latte-art _**(heart and rosetta are required)**_
- Punctual and reliable team player
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong customer service skills to interact with a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with food dishes and ingredients
**Nice to have skills**
- previous experience with server is consider an asset
- Plant lovers is an asset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
