**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations of both front and back of house
- Lead, train, and develop a strong management and service team
- Drive sales and profitability through effective cost control and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with team members on promotions, menu development, and special events
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and poise

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a General Manager or AGM in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or pub
- Strong leadership skills with hands-on team-first attitude
- Passion for creating standout guest experiences
- Understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and cost controls
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and late nights

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
