The Assistant General Manager, with the support and guidance from the GM, Operations Manager and Owners, is responsible for building the company’s presence and recognition - from a culinary, bar and service perspective - in a new market for our group. This location taps into an area with a greater combined population than Vancouver, which means this could become our flagship store when we open up all of our planned revenue streams.

The Assistant General Manager is hands-on, leading, managing and executing to our standards for service - quality, consistency and efficiency. You are responsible for all aspects of ordering and COGS management, scheduling and managing all labour costs, maintaining the cleanliness and organization ofthe facility as well as staff training, coaching and developing future leaders. In this role, you will be included in our efforts to develop new seasonal bar and kitchen menu items for this and our other locations as a group.

Your culinary and cocktail palette, creativity and skill are wanted here, along with your vision for service and overall business acumen.

Salary is $40,000 - $45,000 base (depending on experience) with approximately $20,000+ in tips per year through a combination of serving tips and manager tip out. After a successful year in the role, we are willing to offer a profit-share bonus program.
