**Key Responsibilities**

**Program Coordination**
- Greet parents, students, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Conduct informative and engaging tours of the facility for prospective families.
- Explain program offerings, class schedules, pricing, and registration steps clearly and confidently.
- Handle registration, payments, and enrollment processes with accuracy and care.
- Maintain up-to-date student records, class rosters, and office documentation.
- Coordinate class schedules and student flow with instructors and team members.
- Monitor daily front desk operations and support a safe, clean, and organized environment.
- Proactively follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Collaborate with schools, 3rd-party vendors, and local community groups for outreach and partnerships.
- Support marketing efforts by understanding branding and using digital tools for promotion.

**STEM Coaching (Robotics & Coding)**
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in robotics and coding using our established curriculum.
- Inspire students (ages 5-9) to think critically and solve problems through hands-on activities.
- Track and report student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to Center director.
- Encourage student collaboration, creativity, and persistence in a safe learning space.
- Assist with lesson planning, setup, and curriculum improvement where needed.

**Qualification**

**Program Coordination and Customer Service Skills**
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with students, parents, and staff.
- Sales, customer service, or marketing experience, preferably in an educational or tech-related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and web-based tools for office and administrative tasks.
- Comfortable using social media for business promotion.
- Highly effective at presentations and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

**Robotics and Coding Coaching skills**
- Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
- Upbeat, positive, energetic, and able to work independently.
- Experience working with children aged 5-9 in educational or recreational settings.
- Graduate degree or currently pursuing a degree in university/college is preferred.
- **Exposure to robotics and coding or passion for learning robotics and coding is required.**:

- Strong ability to inspire and lead students in their learning journey.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.**:

- Our evening programs are typically from 4:30pm to 8:30pm Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM(As needed)**_
