**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to manage and streamline the operational processes of our flooring projects. This key role ensures that projects are executed efficiently, materials are procured and delivered on time, and all parties are well-coordinated throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Job Approvals**: Receive and process job approvals, work orders (WO), and purchase orders (PO) from clients.
- **Material Procurement**: Order materials from vendors, create purchase orders, and coordinate delivery or pickup to ensure timely availability for projects.
- **Project Coordination**: Act as the main point of contact for project managers, homeowners, and installers to schedule and align on project timelines.
- **Work Order Preparation**: Prepare and distribute detailed work orders for installers, ensuring all project specifics are clearly communicated.
- **Scheduling**: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with all parties involved, including clients, homeowners, vendors, and installers.
- **Problem Solving**: Address any operational challenges promptly to minimize project delays.

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Proven experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role, ideally in the construction, restoration, or flooring industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of flooring materials and installation processes is a plus but not required.

Pay: $27.00-$35.00 per hour
