The **Operations Coordinator, Canada** supports the efficient operation of Skullcandy's international business across Canada. This role focuses on essential order management, logistics coordination, and marketing support, ensuring seamless execution from the warehouse to the customer. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Management**:

- ** Order Processing**:
- Process and manage weekly orders for your assigned book of business.
- Minimize order discrepancies and ensure accurate, timely shipments.
- ** Backorder Management**:
- Monitor backorders and proactively communicate with account teams to resolve delays.
- ** Inventory Coordination**:
- Support inventory allocation decisions to optimize order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- ** Inbound and Outbound Tracking**:
- Track incoming shipments, ensuring accurate delivery timelines and resolving delays.
- Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners to manage warehouse operations.
- ** Customs Documentation**:
- Prepare and maintain accurate customs documentation for international shipments.
- ** Carrier and Invoice Management**:
- Verify carrier invoices, manage freight costs, and handle chargeback disputes as needed.
- ** Monthly Inventory Support**:
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and end-of-month revenue cut-offs to ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Marketing Support**:

- ** Event Logistics**:
- Coordinate product shipments, setup, and teardown logistics for marketing events, pop-ups, and trade shows.
- ** Asset Management**:
- Manage the movement of marketing assets, including displays, shippers, and promotional materials.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of retail launches and brand activations.

**Administrative Support**:

- ** Reporting and Data Entry**:
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions.
- ** Internal Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams regarding order status, inventory levels, and logistics updates.
- ** Process Improvement**:
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and support the implementation of process improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or sales support, ideally in consumer-packaged goods.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to learn.
