We are currently looking for a **Process Control & Development Manager** to join our Warehouse Management team in Belleville, Ontario. Reporting to the Director of Distribution & IT Operations, the position is responsible for ensuring the effective flow of work and align resources with the shop floor supervisors to deliver the planned output and meet the DC targets, business needs and brands expectations. This position manages a team of Schedulers in the warehouse and provides continuity and guidance on processes within the organization.

The Process Control & Development Manager acts as a process specialist with specific responsibility to identify opportunities for system improvements. Working along with IT Operations, they will assist in the design and rollout of improvements to the Distribution Centre team members. This includes scheduling people, equipment, as well as establishing the priority to meet the daily delivery targets.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily:

- Identify areas of improvements and propose/implement & document processes and tools in the warehouse & value-added services department, to deliver according to brands expectations.
- Drive meetings and make operational decisions in close cooperation with the supervisors to set priorities, balance the workload and to enable smooth processes.
- Coordinate with supervisors to ensure efficient and on-time operations in all areas, identify root causes and improve processes within the warehouse and IT teams.
- Supervise the daily workflow schedules by monitoring KPIs and analyzing data, alert in case of deviation to initiate and follow up corrective actions with floor supervisors.
- Contribute to continuous improvement actions in close relationship with leadership teams both within the warehouse and outside.
- Support project related (cross-divisional) tasks.
- Health & Safety compliance in accordance with company policies. Will act as a member of the JHSC.
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Post-secondary education, preferably with a focus on manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, supply chain management, inventory control, materials management, or related field.
- Experience in leading/coaching employees in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a unionized environment an asset.
- SAP/WM/EWM experience.
- Strong communication skills - both oral and written.
