At Valet we are a respected and well-established Car Wash Company looking to recruit a full time Supervisor for our busy exterior/interior car wash facility in Cambridge. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining a productive work schedule, leading, training, and supporting their team with the daily overall operation and production of all vehicles coming through the car wash. The role includes: coaching, training, and directing the team while ensuring excellent customer service standards, team productivity standards and facility cleanliness standards are met.

**What we are looking for**:
Minimum 2 years retail Supervisor experience

Supervise and communicate effectively with Team Members

Maintain a positive team culture

Ensure Customer service, operations, safety and productivity standards are met

Oversee daily operations

Increase retail sales and productivity

Work closely with the Management Team

Control labor and inventory costs

Meet or exceed monthly budget goals

Actively recruit, support ongoing staff development and recognize and reward

Train, coach and provide feedback to support employee performance

Maintain company standards and core values

Demonstrate leadership by working hands on with team members to get the job done and exemplify standards, expectations and teamwork.

Pay: From $19.50 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Secondary School (required)
