**Full Job Description**

**The Role**:
Our client in the food & beverages industry has an opening for a weekend night shift (Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7pm-7am) **Manufacturing Supervisor.**

**Title: Manufacturing Supervisor**

**Location**: Cambridge, ON

**3 Shifts**:

- 12 Hours shifts - Weekend Night Shifts - Friday, Saturday & Sunday (7pm to 7 am)
- 8 Hours Shifts - Night Shifts 11pm-7am - Sunday to Thursday
- 8 Hours Shifts - Afternoon Shifts 11pm-7am - Sunday to Thursday

**What the Manufacturing Supervisor will be working on**:

- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Leads daily performance meetings
- Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective action
- Makes daily decisions impacting the business
- Handles all team performance and personnel issues
- Manages time and payroll systems

**What the Manufacturing Supervisor requires**:

- High School Diploma required
- Experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse, or Operations required
- 1-3 + years’ experience in Supervising Others within Preferred
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others - Take Others With You
- Able to Instruct and Teach Others
- Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Capabilities
- Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures
- Mechanical and Technical Aptitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
