**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly organized, personable and confident Client Care Coordinator to join our dynamic team at our busy, professional salon. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing schedules and supporting our team of stylists to ensure smooth salon operations. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide detailed information about salon services, pricing and availability, addressing questions and concerns and adhering to the salon's cancellation policy when needed.
- Maintain accurate and up to date electronic client records.
- Work closely with stylists to balance and optimize schedules, considering client preferences and stylists availability.
- Manage client appointments, rescheduling and cancellations ensuring optimal use of stylists' time
- Confident and clear verbal and written communications skills to interact with clients and stylists
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Perform general salon duties such as data entry, light cleaning and maintaining office supplies.

**Requirements**:

- Prior client facing experience.
- Friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, confidence to resolve challenges.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
