The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating a dynamic marketing plan focused on Indigenous communities, as well as local clients in the Dundas area, both in person and virtually. They will drive the execution of this plan while adjusting priorities as needed and report on performance.

This role requires an energetic self-starter who is eager to work at the tactical level and enjoys crafting creative and culturally relevant digital and print collateral to engage our community and remote Indigenous communities, advancing online presence and voice.

Our team moves quickly, so this role is ideal for someone who builds trust through competence and brings initiative and tenacity to everything they do.
- **Develop and implement a dynamic marketing plan** for Indigenous communities and our Southern clientele focused on community engagement, brand awareness, and growth
- **Act as the internal project manager for all marketing initiatives** by leading the social media committee and marketing approval process to ensure all marketing collateral and social media posts are on brand, culturally relevant and aligned with the business’ growth goals
- **Grow and manage the online community through the development and execution of a social media strategy,** overseeing/writing highly engaging posts for all social media channels and responding to posts, inquiries or concerns
- **Maintain and update as necessary, the ATS website and all other digital platforms **ensuring all content is up to date, relevant and reflects current marketing trends
- **Craft communications for both internal and external audiences **working with the President/CEO and clinical leaders to ensure communications are culturally sensitive, relevant and well written
- **Analyze the performance of promotional marketing campaigns **and update the leadership team regularly on progress, setbacks and opportunities
- **Monitor online channels and platforms for any posts related to Anderson Therapy **and support the leadership team in crafting responses to comments while managing our online image
- **Create promotional material and marketing collateral designed to promote **events and offerings including Summer Camps etc.
- **Lead creative projects **such as white paper production, branding campaigns and newsletter development
- **Cold call and present the services provided by Anderson Therapy **to Indigenous leaders, once a solid understanding of the business has been developed
- **Additional related tasks across this growing team will be required from time to time.**

**Qualifications**
- University degree in business administration, marketing or other relevant program
- 2-3 years of progressive marketing, product development and social media experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing environment
- An effective communicator with the ability to link creative marketing with linear analytics
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail
- Well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Intellectually curious and a lifelong learner who takes initiative
