Telework (remote work)/9-month contract/temporary/full-time/Brossard or Montreal_

This is primarily a telework position (working from home) with occasional visits to the office for team meetings/events (approximately 15 times a year).

You will be working 35 hours a week, from Monday through Friday. The shifts are between 7:00 am and 8:00 pm and we would prefer someone who can work later in the day, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or later.

As a Claims Administration Agent with Dealer Services, you will:

- Act as primary contact for the Claims department
- Support Customer Service by taking calls
- Analyze the requests received and notify the persons concerned
- Follow up with the various departments (Claims, Customer Service, Accounts Payable)
- Receive and check invoices for extended warranty contracts
- Proceed with payment following the adjustor’s written authorization, either by credit card or cheque
- Reconcile credit card accounts:

- Assign claims to adjustors
- Handle other essential tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Two years’ customer service and administrative experience
- Have a strong interest in customer service and the ability to resolve client issues
- Good command of French and English (oral and written) for frequent interaction with internal French
- and English-speaking colleagues and clients across Canada
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word
- Ability to work as part of a team and handle pressure
- Strong ability to prioritize and multitask
- Demonstrate good time and stress management
