**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management & Organizational Development, the Organizational Development Specialist manages the Building Leaders Program under the banner of Cadillac Fairview’s (CF) strategy of making people and our OneCF culture our competitive advantage. This role is responsible for managing and executing programs & initiatives within CF’s Building Leaders programming and CF’s Talent Cycle, supporting CF’s Core Strategy on culture, and building capability to deliver our strategic plan. In addition, this role will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to drive and support initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and business results, making people and culture our competitive advantage.

The incumbent will be a positive, high energy, proactive, extremely organized individual, with exceptional communication skills, who will contribute to a high-performance work environment that supports the development and retention of talent at all levels.

**Job Accountabilities**:

- Manages the CF Building Leaders Program delivery across all levels of the organization, including building the annual calendar, monitoring registration and calendar coordination, programming communication and promotion plan & metrics scorecard. CF Building Leaders Program includes:

- **Workshops**:built to support employees’ growth & development through every stage of their career
- **Values Labs**: 1-hour virtual classes on various topics from Managing Your Time to Workload Management
- **CF’s Learning Hub**: curated content for learning on demand.
- Coordinates delivery of CF Building Leaders Workshops with 3rd party facilitators, working together to ensure high quality sessions delivered to the organization.
- Facilitates Values Labs, in collaboration with HR Specialists, to build capabilities within the organization in areas needed most to deliver our strategic plan, such as innovation, effective collaboration and candour, team effectiveness, etc. Coordinates and supports the HR Specialists facilitating Values Labs.
- Manages external vendor relationships for learning and development systems and processes, including the Learning Management System (LMS), LinkedIn Learning, GetAbstract, etc.
- Supports the creation of new and refresh Building Leaders content in support of CF’s Core Strategy focused on culture & capability that are based on CF Values, including Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) resources for the I&D Portal, refreshing & maintaining relevant CF Learning Hub content
- Supports the continuous improvement of OneCF Coaching program & metrics, driving adoption and building organizational capability to coach and connect employee development with overall performance.
- Supports the Employee Onboarding experience & metrics, to ensure all new employees feel welcome, and ensure that their first days, weeks and months build a solid foundation for their employee journey
- Working with HR and the business leaders to lead or support cross functional business initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, address business goals and needs to shape the OneCF culture. Collaborates and advises on learning solutions as it relates to the businesses change management and learning activities.
- Collaborates with Corporate Partnerships on learning resources to support cultural acknowledgements and celebrations.
- Responsible for HR CF Mosaic content, page development & maintenance including supporting culture moments celebrations and acknowledgements collaborating effectively with Corporate Communications and Brand Marketing
- Builds effective internal communication memos and presentation decks to communicate CF’s processes, new programs, etc. for employee understanding and perceived value
- Supports CF’s initiatives on the HR plan, including supporting the I&D roadmap
- Researches and implements existing and emerging best practices in organizational development and applies these insights to continuously enhance processes and programs.

**Scope of Responsibility (financial, people, operations)**:

- No financial responsibility
- No direct reports
- External contacts: 3rd party facilitators, external vendors, corporate partnerships
- Responsible for managing and executing programs & initiatives within CF’s Building Leaders programming and CF’s Talent Cycle
- Manages the Learning and Management System (LMS), LinkedIn Learning, GetAbstract, etc.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in business or a related discipline. Advanced professional credentials are an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a focus on project management, process improvement, organizational development, and strong knowledge of emerging issues and trends.
- Experience with an organization of comparable scale and complexity as CF with multiple locations.
