**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate and prioritize service requests, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with technicians and service advisors to manage shop flow and allocate work orders.
- Assess vehicle issues, provide cost estimates, and coordinate service appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and warranty paperwork.
- Stay up to date with manufacturer publications and industry trends.

**What We’re Looking For?**:

- **A team player** with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- **An organized multitasker** who can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- **Automotive knowledge** or experience in a service-related role (an asset but not required).
- **A customer-focused mindset** with a passion for delivering great service.
- **Valid driver’s license** with an acceptable driver’s abstract.
