Main Duties
- Schedule and dispatch cleaning crews for kitchen exhaust, duct, and equipment cleaning services
- Monitor and adjust daily routes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and resolve scheduling issues
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure job readiness, including access, tools, and special instructions
- Track vehicle locations via GPS and ensure adherence to schedules
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, completed jobs, and technician availability
- Support emergency or after-hours dispatch as needed
- Collaborate with operations and fleet managers on maintenance schedules and technician assignments

**Work Environment**

Fast passed environment with physical demands includes walking and standing, bending, crouching

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of dispatch or scheduling experience**, preferably in service or trade industries
- **
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills**
- Proficiency with **dispatch or ERP software** (e.g., Aspire, ServiceTitan, or similar)
- Familiarity with **route planning, GPS tracking systems**, and **service ticketing**
- Ability to **stay calm under pressure** and adapt to changing situations
- **
Knowledge of commercial kitchen cleaning** or facility maintenance is an asset
