**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Insights_
- Utilize syndicated sources, panel, and internal data to examine category performance.
- Generate insights by studying market demographics, customer point-of-sale data, and loyalty information.
- Identify growth opportunities and potential areas for improvement within the category.
- Maintain Reports_
- Maintain and build monthly reports for sales and cross-functional teams that help drive insights and selections.
- Category Reviews_
- Teamwork with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, and supply chain) to conduct regular category reviews.
- Develop and present category growth stories, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
- Propose actionable recommendations to enhance category performance.
- Inventory Administration_
- Monitor stock inventories to ensure adequate product availability.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing contracts.
- Implement cost-reduction techniques based on data analysis.
- Planogram Administration_
- Own and maintain planogram databases.
- Create planograms (visual representations of product placement) to optimize shelf space and enhance category visibility.
- Teamwork_
- Own and maintain planogram databases.
- Work closely with external stakeholders, such as retailers and suppliers.

**Education and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in analyst roles within traditional CPG companies is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Retail Link, IRI, Nielsen).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Must Have: Experience of working within syndicated data sources
- Working knowledge of US retail key accounts, CAN is a plus
- Working knowledge of key distribution partners in the US
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, HubSpot and other relevant software tools
- Passionate about the environment, sustainable living, and eradication of plastic in households
- Hunger to open and build distribution in US
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with and influence administration and cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel on a flexible schedule on a regular basis
- Flexibility to work weekends as needed
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-growing, fast-paced environment

Pay: $96,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
