Student Success Coordinator

**Position Overview**
Beames CST Training Centre is looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused **Student Success Coordinator** to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary support for our students, helping them navigate their learning journey smoothly from enrollment through to graduation and beyond. You’ll collaborate closely with instructors, marketing, and admin teams to maintain course content, support live classes, and ensure students feel connected and confident every step of the way.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Student Support & Communication**
- Attend assigned live virtual classes to take attendance, support instructors with technology needs, and assist students in real time
- Provide troubleshooting for login and access issues on our course platform (Zenler)
**Course Coordination & Platform Management**
- Create, update, and maintain courses on Zenler, ensuring all course content and curricula are accurate and published on schedule
- Collaborate with instructors and admin to edit course materials and curricula as needed
- Monitor enrollment trends and communicate any issues or delays to marketing and administration teams
**Student Progress & Experience Management**
- Track student assignment completion in collaboration with instructors and ensure Certificates of Completion are issued promptly
- Maintain the Graduates Directory by adding new graduates accurately and timely
- Proactively engage with students to encourage course completion and foster a supportive learning environment
**Team Collaboration & Communication**
- Coordinate with marketing and administration teams to align on student communications, enrollment updates, and course launches
- Use Slack for internal communication to report issues, share updates, and collaborate on improving student success initiatives
**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in student support, education coordination, administration, or related field
- Experience attending or supporting live online classes preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a warm and professional tone
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable using G Suite, Slack, ClickUp, Zoom, Meta Business Suite, Stripe, and Zenler or similar LMS platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues related to course access and platform navigation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a problem-solver who can work independently within a team environment
- Located in or near Toronto, ON, able to work hybrid schedule
