**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Research and gather information on health and safety regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
- Write, edit, and maintain technical documents, including policies, procedures, training materials, and technical governance documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including health and safety to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Review and revise existing documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation appropriate for its intended audience, including internal and external communication materials.
- Establish and maintain detailed processes to ensure existing content remains current, relevant, and useful.
- Support the creation of internal job descriptions for technical roles.
- Create and update technical illustrations, graphics, and job aids as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a technical writer or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Bachelor's degree in health and safety, occupational health, or a related field is an asset.
- Proven experience as a technical writer, preferably in the health and safety field.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage tasks and meet timelines, Well-developed multitasking abilities, and strong collaborative skills.
- Knowledge and skill with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required.
