Air/ocean Import/export Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the Air/ocean import operations for the company
- Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Communicate with customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the import process
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Train and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize supply chain efficiency

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Air/ocean import operations
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and documentation requirements
- Proficient in using transportation management systems and other relevant software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Leadership skills to effectively manage a team
