Currently, we seek a motivated and dedicated _**Office Administrator **_ for our Anodizing division.

**Location: Kitchener-Waterloo, ON**

**HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4pm**

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ability to operate standard office equipment and software including Microsoft Office and JobBoss;
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail, courier, and shipments;
- Assist with setup of new projects, and project archiving upon completion;
- Provide administrative assistance to the supervisors and their team, including reviewing and updating orders, preparing/collating reports, reviewing timesheets, preparing job folders, entering data into ERP system.
- Other related duties as may be required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 1.3 years of office administration experience;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills;
- Exhibit an extremely high level of professionalism and superior attention to detail;
- Exceptional customer service skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

**Physical Demands**:

- Ability to deal with conflict, stress and time constraints in an efficient, professional, courteous manner.
- Capable of working in a fast paced, quickly changing environment.
- Able to mentally focus and visually concentrate frequently during each shift.
- Required to carry out routine, repetitive tasks such as reaching, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, lifting, packing, stacking, bending, climbing / descending as well as some physical lifting.
- Regularly exposed to noise, temperature change and lubricants and vibration.
- Wears all PPE as required.
